Choose a Therapist

Part of beginning a good therapy is choosing someone that seems right for you. Contact a therapist directly using the information at the bottom of this page. And nothing is set in stone! If for some reason it doesn’t work out, we have a list of other wonderful therapists and we would be happy to refer you to another therapist, in our practice or outside.

Make an Appointment

Once you have chosen who you’d like to see, contact that person directly using the information below. Email or phone – your preference. You won’t have to wait long to hear back from us.

Have a Consultation

In your first appointment, we will talk about what it is you are coming to therapy for, how scheduling could work, and the fee. You will hopefully be able to get a sense of what therapy would be like with someone in our practice.

When you contact a therapist at our practice, you will be invited for a first consultation. In this session, we can discuss what has caused you to seek therapy, what we do, and discover whether we might work well together. In this session, we can also discuss the fee structure and schedule.  Some individuals might benefit from multiple sessions per week, while others may work best on a once-weekly schedule. Based on our recommendations and your feedback, we can together come to an agreement about the course of treatment and move forward from there. As any good psychotherapy is a truly collaborative endeavor, your expressed needs and hopes for the therapy will be important from the beginning.
